SHIPPING POLICY:

DUE TO COVID PROCESSING TIME CAN TAKE UP TO 9 BUSINESS DAYS.

Our Hair care products are Handmade, so when ordering our hair care products please keep in mind that all orders have a processing time of 5-7 business days until ship out. Orders will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail and DHL for international orders and will arrive to the customer in 3-5 business days from the ship date. 

When ordering our custom wigs, bundles, and clip in extensions, all orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days (for customization)  and will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail and will arrive to the customer in 3-5 days from the ship date.
